2 Months

Jameson is two months old today!  He visited the doctor yesterday and here are his stats:

Weight:  12 lbs 4 oz  (70th percentile!)

Height:  22.75 inches  (46th percentile)

He had his first round of vaccinations, we both cried!  It was over in a few seconds and he fell asleep in his car seat shortly afterwards, but it was painful for us both!  He was pretty tired and fussy all day after his shots but the baby tylenol helped him feel a little better.

Jameson is beginning to like his tummy time, his head is getting really strong. He can lift it up and turn it in both directions. His pediatrician said he looks perfect! We think so too!

We Moved!

We have moved into our new house and are unpacking one box at a time!  We love all of our new space, in fact, sometimes I am yelling for Ryan and he can't hear me because he's in the basement or in another room!  The best part is having two bathrooms! :)  Jameson had his first bath in the bathtub (well, in his baby tub inside the big tub).  He didn't even cry like he usually does, so he must like it too!

Jameson is adjusting to the move, he likes to play in his crib and hang out in his room BUT does not like to sleep there! For now, he is sleeping in the bassinet next to our bed and that seems to be working out better for now.  Jameson loves his new play mat and smiles and coos at the toys hanging above his head.  He still does not like his car seat or the stroller but hopefully time will make that all better.  Jameson much prefers to be held or worn in the carrier....who wouldn't?  :)

A peek at our week!

Jameson weighed 10 lbs. 15 oz today!  He smiles so much more now, it's fun to see what or who he will interact with.  We move tomorrow so soon we'll be posting pictures of his nursery once it's all set up!  Jameson is sleeping a bit more consistently at night, he goes 3-4 hour stretches now!  He still sleeps with us, we catch shut eye whenever we can, but soon we'll try putting him in his big boy crib!  We went to breakfast over the weekend with my high school friends Amanda and Jen and Jameson got to meet their babies Finn & Anna!  He was great at the restaurant, thank goodness Ryan was there to help out though!
